Switch to Omega-3 fatty acids which are found in a range of foods. A young and smooth skin requires a regular diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs, and so on.

Drinking water is a good habit that you can acquire. It is the best favour that you will do for your body. Carry a bottle with you when you are going out, and make it a point to take regular breaks to drink water.
